At Golden Arches Unlimited, we want you to love your McDonald’s gear as much as a World Famous Fry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
